Yay! I lost 4 pounds in the last 15 days. I feel like my work and attention to diet has been paying off. Now I just have to keep it up.

Of course, reading this did not help. Now that's an IF diet I can get used to.


  1. WOOHOO!!! Way to go, Missy! Losing 4 pounds is a big deal! That's a lot of weight in only 15 days. I am really impressed. What have you been doing??

  2. I've been taking lots of walks. I've also been making an effort to go to the gym and I do make it there at times. And I usually eat healthy anyway, but have been conscious of eating more veggies and less snacks.
